SkillsConnect provides digital services including but not limited to online courses, coaching sessions, and skill assessments. Due to the nature of these digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content
- Duplicate purchases
- Unauthorized purchases
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. Include your purchase details and reason for the refund request.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
